Our second Customized Employment success story!
Congratulations to Cristina C. on her new job as a Kids’ World Materials Aide at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. In her part-time position, Cristina helps the Kids’ World Team prepare for weekly events and story time; sorts, organizes and cleans games, puzzles and STEM activity bags; retrieves materials from the Circulation Department; processes school book bag deliveries; and much more.
Cristina enjoys working alongside Mary Kay Morsches and Debbie Coser and is shown here receiving her first paycheck from Maria Papanastassiou, Early Literacy Services Supervisor.
Kudos to CTC Employment Specialist Beth Dowd who did a great job working with Cristina and her family to find that first job, and to Cristina herself who has proven to be a diligent and enthusiastic worker. We are so proud!
