Our January Info Tour found us visiting two Little City CILAs (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) located in Palatine and Arlington Heights. We truly appreciated having the opportunity to look around and learn more about residential options here in the northwest suburbs.

The Palatine residence (pictured at left) is home to eight women and features eight bedrooms and four bathrooms. This home was HUD-funded and built specifically for use as a CILA. The Arlington Heights house (pictured at right), which was purchased and converted into a CILA, is home to six women and features four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both homes offer 24/7 support.

Many thanks to Jason Clark for arranging our tours and to Lead Program Manager Danielle Figueroa and Assistant Program Manager LaCresha Everett for taking the time to show us around the homes. Both are long-time Little City employees who clearly enjoy their jobs. For more information about Little City residential options, contact Jason Clark at JClark@littlecity.org

Connect to Community Educational Outreach events are offered in partnership with the Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization (NSSEO) and are funded in part by community grants from Palatine Township and the Rotary Club of Palatine. Thank you for your support!
