The dice were rolling once again at our fifth annual Bunco fundraiser, held at the Knights of Columbus in Arlington Heights. It was great seeing all our Bunco regulars (many of whom have attended this event all five years) playing alongside all the first-timers.

Special thanks to our always wonderful Bunco Caller Micki Naylor, bartender extraordinaire John Naylor (who also donated all his tips back to CTC), and super-volunteers Karlee Darow, Lisa Maniola and Cristina Cassata. Your help, as always, was greatly appreciated! And new this year, we served up Tre Amici pizza slices for those wanting to grab a bite before rolling the dice.

Congrats to our Split-the-Pot winner, Michelle Riopel, as well as everyone who went home with either a raffle basket, silent auction item, or Bunco prize. And thanks to all who participated in our popular cork pull or purchased one of our CTC Creations Spring Fling Mason Jar Cookie Mixes. We appreciate you one and all!

We’d also like to recognize the following businesses and individuals who made generous donations in support of this event: Corner Bakery, Rand Road in Arlington Heights; Culver’s, Buffalo Grove; d’Vine Wine & Gifts, Palatine; Jewel, Palatine Road in Hoffman Estates; Jill Davis Designs, Kildeer; Lynfred Winery, Roselle; Panera Bread Corporate; Peterson’s Tasty Delight Bakery, Hoffman Estates; Schaumburg Boomers; Shakou Restaurants; Sherri Schneider, Family Benefit Solutions; Sigma Kappa Chicago Northwest Towns Alumnae; Spunky Dunkers, Palatine; Vera Bradley, Woodfield; Walgreen’s, Hicks Road in Palatine; Judy Basofin; Lauren Blanchette; Eloise Haverland; Lisa Maniola; Abby Murokh; Diane Murphy; Jill Parrillo; and Diane Pfister.
