Attorney Nancy Spain was the featured speaker at our May Friday Forum (re-scheduled from snowy February). Nancy did a wonderful job covering a wide range of topics including government benefits (SSI/SSDI), special needs trusts (first party versus third party), ABLE Act accounts, estate issues, and guardianship decisions. Nancy is a co-founder of the law firm of Spain, Spain & Varnet, whose attorneys practice principally in the areas of general estate planning, probate court matters (including estates and guardianships), corporate law, real estate, employment, and family law with concentration in issues unique to families with loved ones who are disabled or elderly.
