Our young adults recently wrapped up another year of volunteering for the Palatine Chamber of Commerce.
Three times a year they assist in collating all the coupons, flyers, and brochures supplied by area businesses, and then use them to stuff promotional bags (over 1,000 this year!) for distribution at the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Fourth of July Parade and Palatine Street Fest.
Service opportunities allow our young adults to give back to their community while building vocational skills. And they’re also a lot of fun!
We are grateful for this partnership with the Palatine Chamber of Commerce and look forward to working together again in 2019!
